On Monday 11 December, we hosted a Women in Leadership Breakfast at the Kanu Gastro-Pub in Suva.
The purpose of the event was to bring together women so that they could hear from women in our community who currently hold positions of leadership in their respective fields.
The keynote address was delivered by our good friend, Dr Jolander Headley who we know from the JMT Coaching community. Jolander spoke to the women about their brand, networking and legacy and how to maximise every aspect of it.
The panel discussions also brought a new dimension of conversation to the morning as we heard from Caroline Waqabaca (Reserve Bank of Fiji), Arieta Cama (BSP Life) and Naomi Baleca (Energy Fiji Ltd.)
It was refreshing to see women together in an event like this and we endeavour to collaborate with our colleagues to host another in the future.
