FMF Legacy Leadership Symposium 2024
13th - 15th March 2024 at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa, Denarau Island, Fiji.
With the theme, Navigating Leadership in the Shifting Sands of Time, the FMF Legacy Leadership Symposium aims to empower and inspire leaders to walk in purpose and to serve better in a season of constant change and to build resilient Pacific leaders who operate with integrity, are authentic people of character passionate about the development of the region. The 3-day event will provide an opportunity to build synergies with leaders from around the Pacific region to uplift each other and learn leadership best practices.
The three-day program will provide participants with an opportunity to learn from international and regional leadership practitioners exploring the following themes:
Day 1 - Cultivating the Leader Within You
Day 2 - Being A Stand Out Leader in a Busy Marketplace
Day 3 - Leading well in the Home & Community
Our aim is not just to empower and inspire but also to equip participants with key tools they can use to shape their leadership when they return to their various spheres of influence.
